Description

由于拓竹AMS不支持TPU耗材,而TPU耗材又极易受潮,因此需要存放于独立的干燥盒内,并且由于TPU耗材具有高弹的特性,在拉长到一定长度后线径会变细,导致挤出机齿轮无法很好咬合料线,底部滚轴式的料盘架存在料盘过重,挤出机无法咬住变细的料线来拉动料盘,导致无法顺利出料,打印失败的问题。

本料盘架设计了一个可分离的手柄结构,通过将轴轮钩挂于手柄上,可轻松将料盘从狭窄的米桶干燥盒内取出,提升了更换料盘的便利性。手柄和底座的结合位置均设计了导槽结构,方便迅速对位。

*本料盘架需自行购置2枚标准608ZZ轴承。

*本料盘架长宽高尺寸为:223mm x 100mm x 217mm,兼容市面上的5.8L米桶。

*安装时建议在轴轮的轴杆两端先用生料带缠几圈再装上轴承,避免在更换料盘时轴承从轴杆上脱落。

*考虑到不同耗材的收缩率不同,为了便于安装,各安装孔截面非圆形,对于多数低收缩率的常规耗材如PLA、PLA-CF打印的成品存在松旷现象,建议安装到位后使用瞬干胶进行粘接固定。此预留公差主要考虑如果存在旷量,可以通过点胶进行组合,但如果孔洞收缩率过高导致手柄无法插入,将会造成零件的报废和时间的浪费

The tray holder is designed with a detachable handle structure, and by hanging the axle wheel hook on the handle, the tray can be easily removed from the narrow rice bucket drying box, which improves the convenience of changing the tray. The joint position of the handle and the base is designed with a guide trough structure, which is convenient for quick alignment.

*This tray frame needs to purchase 2 standard 608ZZ bearings.

*The length, width and height dimensions of this tray rack are: 223mm x 100mm x 217mm, compatible with 5.8L rice barrels on the market.

*When installing, it is recommended to wrap the two ends of the axle wheel with PTFE sealing tape several times before installing the bearing, so as to avoid the bearing falling off the shaft rod when replacing the tray.

*Considering the different shrinkage rates of different consumables, in order to facilitate installation, the cross-section of each mounting hole is not circular, and there may be loose phenomenon, so it is recommended to use super glue for bonding and fixing after installation in place. This kind of reserved tolerance is mainly because if there is a gap in the assembled part, it can be combined by glue, but if the hole shrinkage is too high for the handle to be inserted, it will resulting in the scrapping of the handle parts and wasting your printing time.

需要特别提醒一下,提手的横杆与提手侧板的组装公差我留得比较多,防止有些朋友用的收缩率大的耗材比如尼龙或asa之类,因此如果普通耗材打印大概率组装时旷量比较大,需要打胶固定,建议将手柄两侧板立放在桌面,然后提手横梁水平横向插入,两边齐平后从预留缝隙内侧点胶固定,这样操作比较简单方便。

打热熔胶吗?这个空隙留的太大了··我上下都滑动了,留0.1MM用力塞进去最好····设计还是很出色的

打速干胶,502或者480、416之类就好,我之前只留了0.1,测试的时候用ABS料打的一套装不进去,浪费了不少时间,所以就索性多留点了,这个间隙打完胶是很稳固的,不会说打完胶还是空隙太大导致粘不住

楼主。你的东西很棒。你做的正是我需要的。站内感觉你的打TPU已经是最好的了。 另外我提一个意见。关于提手我觉得可以取消。因为放回去还是不是很好卡进槽内。 直接取消提手,轴承槽搞成一体的,然后耗材卡住中间的滚筒,直接通过轴承放上去也可以吧? 感觉这样更方便呢。不知道你会不会考虑一下这样做。

感谢你的建议,提手是因为我自己觉得这样更换拿取耗材会更方便,因为狭窄的米桶里拎出来一斤多重的耗材还是比较费力,我就因为手打滑砸下来过差点砸到笔记本,我试过的两种5.8L米桶的话基本上宽度跟料盘是差不多的放进去能正好归正到导槽上,因此暂时没有取消提手的计划,再次感谢你的建议

原来如此。可能我现在料太少了。没有感觉到。解决了tpu外挂的问题。太赞了!当然,如果能加个小米湿度计的位置就更好了。上图反馈。我现在是双面胶粘贴的
