Description

I needed to produce well-fitting parts and found that the variations in X & Y were off, so I designed this to accept a nominal hole id Ø (3mm/4mm/5mm/6mm) with offsets of -0.2mm/+0.2mm/+0.4mm so that I could adjust my settings accordingly.

On my A1, I found that PLA Tough (grey) was -.0.1mm from nominal in the Y-axis and -0.2mm in the X-axis using the BL supplied profile. Using PETG Basic (yellow), the Y-axis was correct to 0.02mm (the accuracy of my callipers) over three measurements. The X-axis was 0.1mm.

Simply print using your material and settings, and measure. Beware of the hole edges flaring, and deburr before measuring if necessary.
