Introducing an innovative Pillbox Solution: meticulously crafted with daily labeled lids and holding trays, ensuring seamless grab-and-go convenience. Each pillbox features our unique Slide-n-Lock slider, renowned for its gratifying unlocking and locking mechanism tailored specifically for 3D printing.

Additionally, I've created date trays to enhance organization, ensuring each pillbox remains impeccably arranged. The Slide-n-Lock Pillbox epitomizes portability, perfect for travel or hectic mornings when remembering medication is a challenge. Simply select the designated pillbox for the day, effortlessly slip it into your bag, and rest assured—the secure slide lock keeps your medication safely in place wherever life takes you.

Model has been designed with printing at 0.20mm layer heights and extensively tested with PLA. Matte PLA tends to not allow proper slide lock gliding as smooth as normal PLA.

Scaling is NOT recommended!

The print profile is no longer public

Printed just the single box to check things out. I would like a print of the lid without the pill or days of the week for other uses in the future. The locking mechanism is very smart. I do worry that the slide mini knob is very small and I have to use my finger nail to slide it. I can do it without a problem, but I can see this being troublesome for some people that might have dexterity challenges. Overall it's very very very cool.

Hi @PeterPrintigrew! Thank you for the time you took to leave a glowing review. You make a valid point about the little slider; I am going to see what can be done to improve the usability. I have tested the sliding mechanism extensively to make sure it glides just right I believe there can still be an improvement for the specific reasons you mentioned. I went ahead and added a blank lid STL to the Raw Model Files as you requested, please feel free to DM me if you have questions. Thanks again!
