first thank you for this model. The amount of filament wasted due to the color changes was crazy. it would have been nice had the spider logo been a pegged piece as well. I’m officially terrified on doing Spider-Man now. lol

you’re welcome! the problem I had with that was, the tolerances for the logo after removing supports was very inaccurate and unrepeatable. if you have paintbrush skills, it’s a very easy model to print black and paint white :) I printed multiples to save on waste.

Quality! Sure, the weeding of the supports under the front chest is insane...But, when you get past that, this thing is awesome! =)

@waltersworld3d when you open the file, it makes some parts different size some are 100 some are 99 some are 87.5 not sure why but ill make every thin 100 percent i did the dead pool and had a difficult time thanks for the help.

@Shindigstoys correct. after designing and printing, I resized them to make a better fit. coming out of the design program, a perfect fit doesn’t always transition over.

Right leg comes out small and disformed

it’s literally a clone of the left leg, mirrored. I’m going to guess there was an adhesion issue or something to cause it. check the plate in bambu studio, the dimensions are identical

@waltersworld3d i mirrored the left leg and reprinted, turned out well. should look into making the eyes, logos and other small stuff inserts do the larger pieces require less print time and material. there is a Spiderman figurine on here like that. it makes a lot less cleaning up of supports.
