Description

Just another screw top container. There are some other good ones, but I needed this exact size and scaling doesn't always work the best with screw tops. I made this container for my daughters slime. She loves making slime and this fits perfect. It holds almost exactly 8 oz. (236.588ml) of water (that was pure accident). The top screws on in less than 2 full turns which is really nice. The picture shows with random seams. I didn't like that, so I uploaded a profile with aligned seams.

Works just like a container with a good tightening feature. Thanks!

Printed a couple without any problems at all! Used pla for all prints all are printed on the textured pei plate.

Used PA6-CF and had a lot of layer change blobs, but probably my fault. not my fault is that the cap was too small to thread. might want to go 101% on the lid size.

that may be an issue with the filament. idk. fits perfectly for me otherwise I wouldn't have uploaded it. can you try plain pla and use my profile and see if you get different results

You are right. I was new to PA6-CF and I think I messed up the default settings by accident. Printing this in PETG was perfect and the lid fit just fine.

I printed the tops upside down but the threads still came out wonky. Do you have any suggestion to improve the printing of the top's threads?
