Description

This is a complete way to fill your Bosch L-BOXX to the max (Only works with the L-Boxx newer generations, see picture with OLD/NEW red lock pads shape if confused).

My solution comes to fill all the unused spaces left from other gridfinity bases that i found online for L-boxx 102.

I designed this base plate for the standard Gridfinity of 42mm, but i also have it only if you request it, in the 54mm standard (ALLIT Germany standard) as i have them made with the Fusion Gridfinity Add-in.

I have step files for all possible bins with 54 standard (heights to fit even the EuroPlus boxes, to stack inside, with or without labels, some with dividers inside, and also …the special bins for corners and narrow line for that base grid for L-boxx'es, as can be seen in my last 2 photos with ALLIT ) !

My base grid is made to fit with both L-Boxx 102 and 136 boxes (see all pics).

The perfect bin height for L-boxx 102 is 62mm (external), but if you want to use this base grid in the L-boxx 136, you need to make all my boxes from the profile to be 99mm ext height. Use my step file to download and edit height easy.

You need to buy the Bosch black foam under the lid in case you don't have it allready ( here is a set of 2 pc, good for all L-boxx 'es   https://www.amazon.de/-/en/BOSCH-Sortimo-L-BOXX-Lid-Inserts/dp/B07HC95WG6/ref=sr_1_6?sr=8-6 ).

I am only offering here the unique bins that you won't find in any Gridfinity bin generator, made to perfectly fit my base . Plenty options to choose from the build plates in my profile, and for the rest of space, i am sure you have a way to generate normal bins of 62mm or 99mm height. If not, let me know and i give you all my step files you need.

***To create your own bins easier (others than the special L-Boxx ones i have here), just by input height in mm and not units , in case you don't have them, use my customizable options here:  https://makerworld.com/en/models/1749000-gridfinity-and-allit-grid-type-bins-generator#profileId-1859197

Enjoy your new L-boxx and show us all your chosen variants.
