This is an improved version of my earlier design, the Easy Toothpaste Squeezer. After receiving feedback from makers who printed and used the first model, I made several important changes to make this version more practical and reliable.

In the original model, some users noticed that print lines interfered with the squeezing path, causing the toothpaste to come out unevenly. This version smooths out that area so the toothpaste flows straight and clean. Others reported that certain toothpaste tubes did not fit properly, so I adjusted the slot to be larger and more universal, allowing it to work with more brands and tube sizes. Finally, a few people mentioned that the small end piece would sometimes slip off during use. I redesigned that section with a tighter fit so it locks securely in place while still being easy to attach.

This improved toothpaste squeezer helps you get every bit of toothpaste out of the tube, saving waste and keeping your bathroom more organized. It is simple to use, prints easily on most 3D printers, and is designed to last through daily use.

Recommended Print Settings:

  • Printer type: FDM
  • Layer height: 0.2 mm
  • Infill: 20%
  • Supports: Not required
  • Material: PLA or PETG (PLA works well in bathroom conditions)
  • Orientation: Print flat on the base for best results and durability

This model is ideal for anyone looking for a small but useful household tool. It is stronger, more reliable, and more universal than the previous version, making it a worthwhile upgrade for anyone who tried the original.
