Description

This print is for a wrench that is designed to work with standard M4 Bolts with a hex head. They bolts have a 4mm screw thread, 3mm hex head, and use 7mm nuts. This print takes an insert of a 3mm allen key that is up to 60mm long, which can be replaced as needed. The bottom side has a hex driver for a 7mm nut. There are nubs next to the allen key to help make sure it does not fall out, so it might be a little tight to fit in. There is a hole above the nut driver section to allow for bolts to pass through as it is used.

Here is the Amazon page for a pack of 20x3mm Allen Key (Hex Key) that I used.  https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BL277DJ1

These size bolts are the standard for GoBuilda robots, as used in First Tech Challenge (FTC). Model files have been provided for people that want to change things.

Samples in the pictures were printed in PETG-CF, but samples were also made in PLA and PETG, and did not show any sign of issues.

This tool was created by FTC Team 4234 and shared with anyone to use.  That is why there is a 4234 on the face of the tool next to the size.  We are working on models for M3 and M5 bolts in a similar fashion.  Enjoy.
