Description

Version ohne Aussparung

Deckel-Riser mit drehbaren Belüftungsöffnungen für Drucker der Serien Bambulab X1 und P1S. Der Rahmen ist in erster Linie zur Entlüftung gedacht. An der Vorderseite (innen) kann ein bis zu 10 mm breiter COB-LED-Streifen angebracht werden.
Empfohlenes Material, PETG oder ein anderes Filament das höheren Temperaturen stand hält.

Ich persönlich habe PLA genutzt und bisher keine Probleme gehabt wenn der Bauraum geschlossen ist und ASA gedruckt wurde.

Die Funktion und Form ist bisher erhalten geblieben.

Sonst sollte man auf PETG oder ABS zurückgreifen.

Für alle welche eine Kabeldurchführung benötigen steht eine Datei zum Download.

Ich drucke die Teile immer mit K 0,025 .

Ist zwar laut Kalibrierung an den Ecken leicht unterextrudiert, aber die Kanten haben dann nicht so eine Wulst und die Teile passen besser.

Really nice model! I changed a few things in the slicer, e.g. removed the logo and the 2 buttons that are not needed for my P1S. I also added negative parts to add some foam tape as shown in one of the pictures. I also added a LED strip. I still have to cut it up in the corners and solder it back together for a smooth fit. Next, I will try to add a diffusor for the LED with some white PLA. I might drill some holes in the riser so I can attach the diffusor without glue etc. Printed in Eryone PLA CF Black and some generic yellow PLA. Now I also need to reprint my green mods inside with yellow or black filament, hah. Danke für das Modell!

very nice model, easy to print and assemble. have installed a light strip with BlLed controller!

Der Druck funktioniert super und passt perfekt! Alle Teile wurden mit Flashforge PETG in „Burnt Titanium“ und GEEETECH PLA in „Copper“ gedruckt, die Kombination sieht richtig gut aus. Vielen Dank für deine Arbeit! P.S. Ich bestelle mir noch eine Rolle PVA-“Dichtungsschaumband“ in 10 x 1 mm um es zwischen Deckel und Glas zu kleben. Ergebnis folgt…

AWESOME! Very easy to print. I have used BL PLA Matte and all the support have been removed very easily! Everything mounted tight and fit but not too much. Only change I would make is a bigger channelfor the led wires. Thank you for your work, it's appreciated!
