BUT:
It will negatively affect the performance and durability of the cylinder and gasket.

Ok, now how to print the part:

Variant 1:
0.6mm nozzle in vase mode with 1mm wall thickness max. 0.1mm layer height or smaller.
Variant 2:
0.4mm nozzle with 0.08mm layer height Z-seam at random or at the closest possible distance.

The inner surfaces must be sanded as smooth as possible.
Grease the contact points of the O-ring very well!!!

I made 2 Zinc and 1 SLAB and all hold up pretty well 👍
