I have tried 3 times to print it with and without supports, 0 on the brim gap, 0 on elephant compensation, or even with the OPs presets and it will not print. The machine is running fine because I've printed before and after this with no issues. The first few layers on will absolutely not print correctly.

what Printer are you using and make sure the pokeball is looking up when printing

it’s the p1s and I have sliced your file to reduce printing time. it’s standing straight up now.
