🇩🇪 Sturdy Corner Clamp for Precise 90° Joints
This corner clamp makes it easy to create perfect 90° joints – ideal for screwing or gluing workpieces together.
Many commercially available models turned out to be too unstable for long-term workshop use. This design was therefore made deliberately more robust:
- Dimensions: 210 × 210 × 25 mm
- Fits clamps with a jaw width of up to 35 mm
- Large support surfaces for even bigger models
- Very durable, even when printed in PLA – even stronger with PETG or PETG-CF
In workshop tests, no deformation occurred, even when applying extra leverage. For maximum stability, I recommend using the included print profiles without modification. Specially placed blocker objects on the print bed ensure additional strength at stress points.
