Why do I upload it to Makerworld? Because all the hangers I found here did not seem to be as good as this one here. 
This thing is simple, sturdy and easy to print. For me, this is a masterpiece. Yes, even such a small and simple thing can make people happy. 

When you check the pictures, you can see that different kinds of guitars can make use of this hanger. 
The profile I upload is the standard I use for these hangers. 25% gyroid infill and 3 walls with PLA. Of course you can use the settings you want, but I think this is a good setting to be sturdy and not using too much filament.

Second print profile, same settings except the infill. Upped to 50% for the “extra sturdy object” people :)
