Description

This is the current files for the TD-1 PCB kit.

EDIT 7/17/2024:

Released version 1.4. Changes include:

Changed the geometry of the filament paths to allow for more tolerance in non-critical areas.
Increased tolerances around the display as many have had issues with glass breakage.

Printed perfect and fiting is perfect too. I printed with a .16 layer hight instead of the .2

You will want the sensor mount(part in the bottom right) to be printed in black or TD-1 will always have more blue in color codes.

Does the sheen of the black parts matter? I printed in black PETG and it is very shiny; will that affect the readings?

No that should be fine. All my testing was with ABS and PLA and I didn't find much difference between them.

My PCB Kit shipped today - in celebration I printed my case. Bambu PLA Basic in Bronze for text, FlashForge Burnt Titanium PLA for the body. Bambu Black ABS for the interior components. Printed on one of the Bambu 3D Effects Sheets, all print settings the same in the 3MF.

Printed great. side note: First time using the CryoGrip Pro plate. PETG at 50C and I can't get the small space piece off. tried to scrape and it popped off, except for the first layer. purge line also completely stuck.

Printed using Duramic Marble PETG for the outer shell and Sunlu Black ABS for the sensor holder.

Printed while waiting for the kit to arrive. Print was rough on the chamfered edges. The rest was great.

Nice kit, waiting for my DIY to hit my doorstep in the next few days. Print turned out good on my Mini, mixed it up with PLACF and Silk Red.

Printed great with Numakers Pitch Black ASA and Polyfaire Sparkle Sky Blue ASA. I used the profiles exactly as presented and they were excellent. Printed on smooth PEI plate.
