Description

Fallout AER9 Laser Rifle with Forceful Stock now available!

This was a project I started several weeks ago when I revamped the AEP9 Laser Pistol and ensured that it was compatible with the beam splitter as well as the cryo and fusion cells which I've added since - please note that neither the beam splitter or cryo cell shown pictured are included, they're available in my other uploads.

This is a FULL SCALE PRINT and is 70cm long when assembled, not including the Beam Splitter.

I've made the colors on this fairly simple for a faster print, but plan on doing a fully painted version which will be added later on. The profiles included are for an AMS print as seen in the photos and a single color profile for those without multicolor capability. For those without an AMS you can easily print the bands on the barrel by programming pauses and switching filaments, but I am unable to load profiles with modified gcode so you'll have to do this yourself.

We hope you enjoy this and our many other designs here on MakerWorld!

If you'd like to buy me a coffee to support this and future projects, I'd really appreciate it! https://www.buymeacoffee.com/faran3d

I think this came out great. You don't have a display stand for it do you? Went with a Vault-Tec theme after watching the show.

I could definitely sort out a wall mount. would you prefer it to be horizontal or vertical?

Personally, I'd use it horizontal.

Sweet as, I made simple vertical mounting “hook” last night that works great but will look into a horizontal one when I have time.

Awsome design! some parts are hard to remove the support, but no big issues. I have changed up the colours and printed in .12mm. some parts are still printing, I will post an update when totally assembled. Thanks for the great work! boosted. added some pictures of the finished rifle.

Took some tinkering to get clean support interface, but I'm happy with the results. Excellent model, well done

Thank you, I call it my "oops I ran out of filament and I don't have anymore in that color" design scheme.

Great model! everything went together smooth I'm new to Bambu so I wasn't sure if there was a way to add the warning to the side of an existing model. I'm trying to figure out a way to add it in post processing. I used Rub & Buff to make mine look a little aged.

After some tinkering with model positioning I got it to print. Also be sure to change the plate to your desired plate that you plan to use I added a few walls and more infill %10 to give it some strength. As the infill patters came through on some of the prints.

Also there is another problem I found during final assembly the guard is to short and there is not a stable hole for the dowel pin connecting to the trigger plate. The last one may have been removed with the supports though

yes you’re missing a piece which probably snapped off when removing the supports.

This is a Bambu Studio 3mf file and will not work with Cura. You can download the stl files and import them to Cura, or use Bambu Studio. Enjoy!

As per the description - this requires glue and possibly sanding but no additional parts
