I remixed the original model to allow different colors for clean and dirty sides.
File dishwasher_body_magnets_v2.stl has 3 holes for phi10x4 mm magnets.
File dishwasher_body_CUSTOM_magnets_v2.stl has negative parts modifiers, which you can scale to fit your magnet size in my print profile. Otherwise split stl to parts and set negative part.
When changing a height of magnet hole you should also adjust Y position of it to start at the bottom*. Calculate new position using the following formula:
Y_new = -5.08 + your_new_hole_height / 2
For example if you want a 5 mm magnet hole:
*Bambu studio sets positions of parts based on their center of gravity. When scaling a model it scales it uniformly from its center of gravity in all directions. Therefore we need to change the position of holes to sit flat on a buildplate. When setting position of the magnet hole we need to set position of its center of gravity from center of gravity of a whole model. The formula I provided does that.
