The body and the wheels are printed separately and then plugged together.

The rim is pressed into the tyre. It is designed to be a tight press fit, so it should not slide in easily. You can use a hammer or just step onto the wheel. You can regulate the size by printing it a bit smaller or larger (1-2%). Same with the pin to fix the wheels reasonably has a press fit and should not move out if pressed inside. You can change the color for a better effect, like in the photo, I recommend printing the tires in TPU
