To engrave the caliber, create text in your slicer, apply it as a modifier, and set the “Embedded depth” to 2

-0.2mm layer height

-20% infill

Required Fasteners:

- 8x M3x20 screws

- 8x M3 nuts

Assembly:

- The infill may require gentle tapping with a rubber mallet to ensure complete seating; otherwise, the lid may not close fully

!0.5mm clearance from the box bottom is factored in!

For loose fits, consider using a few drops of superglue

- I installed the M3 nuts into the recesses using a pull-through technique

(Simply attach the corresponding locking component, screw in the M3 screw until resistance is met, then attach the nut and pull it through)

Update:

Added a simplified closure mechanism

Secure the M3 screw at the base as this serves as a locking mechanism
