I developed this light box to help achieve multiple shades from a single color in my light box designs. It also allows for the effortless exchange of various colors to examine their interaction with light.
The design incorporates gradient layering using a 0.2mm layer height, progressively increasing from two layers (0.4mm) to six layers (1.2mm), in increments of one layer (0.2mm) to adjust the density and achieve a range of color intensities.
The layers are 0.4mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, and 1.2mm
I recommend using aluminum tape on the back to help reflect the light forward.
