Success! Not shown in photo, but there was a small section near the base of a tube that didn't fill, creating a kind of triangle shaped hole completely through in the depression

Missing Model Parts
Other Issues:Some of the right atrium was missing. issues with the "Fix" feature. there was a manifold error and the fix seemed to work but the layers it had issues at are where the missing parts were. OTHERWISE it came out pretty good.
