Description

Inspired by this YouTube video (spoiler!) I made a 3D printed version.

Later I found this version at Printables but the .2 tolerance seemed too less for me. This one has 1.2mm tolerance which worked fine for me, especially for printing the box without support. No assembly is required.

I uploaded the Fusion 360 file if you want to change the dimensions.

The original puzzle seemed to be designed by Yavuz Demirhan. I wasn't able to contact him, so I hope it's okay to post the model here. Otherwise I will delete it immediately.

I had to do the same; otherwise, everything was too tight inside the box and it was difficult to move things around. I was using Bambu's Matte PLA.

Did you get the permission of the designer, Yavuz Demirhan? You didn't even mention his name on this page. This is the minimum you could do.

the tolerance on the box was a little too tight and I had to break it to get the pieces out after fitting all the cubes in.

What printer/filament did you use? I made this with 1.2mm tolerance. Normally I use 0.2mm. The users on Printables also did't say something about that. Can you help me to figure out what happened and measure the size of the bricks?

The puzzle is great but the tolerances where not quite right: I needed to scale the box by about 2% so that the cubes could fit inside.
