📦 Model Description
This accessory is designed to help you drill perfectly horizontal holes on round pipes or rods.
How many times have you had to drill into a tube without being sure you're hitting the exact center?
With this tool, that problem is gone!
📌 How to Use:
- Clamp the pipe in a vise.
- Insert the accessory into the drill press chuck.
- Align the short arm with the tool’s bracket by gently resting them together to find the center and check horizontality.
- Secure the vise to the drill table.
- Use a centering bit to make a pilot hole, then proceed with the desired drill bit.
🖨️ Printing Tips
❌ PLA is not recommended if you’re working with metal parts or oily surfaces — it can wear out quickly.
✅ At least PETG is recommended due to its better chemical resistance and durability.
🎨 Coloring
I personally skipped multimaterial printing — a small drop of paint was enough to highlight the alignment feature.
However, you can easily color it using Bambu Studio if you wish.
