Greetings, esteemed friends
In times past, I was engaged in retail design and construction. There, on behalf of Puma, we meticulously planned and executed a diverse range of retail establishments, including shops, stores, and even flagship locations. Among our responsibilities at that time was the conceptualization of a "shoe presenter"
This furniture piece was then crafted from wood and featured an acrylic display case on its uppermost tier, showcasing a distinctive shoe
I have now re-modeled this furniture piece, originating from the realm of "retail design", and breathed new life into it through 3D printing
As is evident, the side table comprises multiple C-shaped modules. Its fundamental geometry is a cube measuring 240x240x240mm. The C-shaped elements are consistently arranged in a mirrored configuration
The side table boasts a modular design, allowing for seamless expansion to achieve your desired height
The table can stand as a singular C-module or be assembled with multiple tiers, as I have printed it with three levels
With three tiers, the side table attains a height of 720mm, inclusive of its adjustable feet
Each C-module incorporates an inlay which you can accentuate with a contrasting color
The original color scheme was red and white. Personally, I gravitate towards black and white
This furniture piece, once assembled, approaches a weight of 3kg. This should be a consideration when procuring your filament
The vertical rods are to be printed independently and can be effortlessly pressed into the form. However, I advise securing them with a small amount of adhesive
The base feet are also adjustable in height, ensuring your furniture piece stands securely and plumb on the floor. These, too, should be affixed with a touch of adhesive
As an optional enhancement, I have included a top plate, should you desire a surface with a distinctive effect for the upper termination. Your imagination knows no bounds. Even the integration of a logo (SVG) could present a viable option
I would be profoundly delighted if you were to share your personal aesthetic
What color palettes do you favor
