I made this for my Prius but check your measurements it'll probably fit lots of other cupholders.

Bottom to top outer: 66.8mm, 78.5mm, 104mm
Inner: 97.2mm
Stem: 79.2mm
Cup depth: 62.6mm
Total height: 149mm

I wanted a stem as deep as possible and a mug handle opening. It might be a couple of mils too thick but I also wanted to be confident it was strong.
