This is a Design of a bycicle playing card Box I a designed some years ago. I reccommend the tight lid. The Important trick is to heat the short site of the lid with a lighter and press it in slightley with your thumb to create a spring like rounding that holds on the lid (like on the picture). If it gets loose again after a year or so you can repeat it.

• 100% infill for maximal protection and rigidity,(but lower possible)
• .2 mm layerhight
