Description
This is a remix of my lithophane lantern that is compatible with the Bambu Lab 001 LED lamp.
Lithophanes should be 115mm x 145mm x 4mm think. Once printed the legs screw into the bottom of the base and the threaded decorative screws hold the top onto the base. The supports on the threaded screws is pretty stubborn so you may want to adjust those to be easier to remove. I kept them aggressive to minimize the chance of the screws popping off the build plate.

That looks great! I never really had any interest in color lithophanes but after seeing some makes I went ahead and bought the filaments. Now I just need to pick some photos. Thanks for sharing.

Just heads up this is done with .2 nozzle they make great gifts for Weddings or Memorial pieces like this one.

Does the lantern need to be printed with a .2 Nozzle? What color is best for the frame?

No, I have always used the standard .4 nozzle. My wife prefers matte PLAs we have done a terra cotta, the green in this photo, black and sparkle black. They all looked good I'd go with something fairly neutral if you are giving as a gift though.
