Currently at the smallest I would go, 106mm (4.17in) I recommend scaling upwards if you want a little more assurance the pegs don't break. Also the X's stack pretty satisfyingly :)

I scaled up everything by 25% and bumped up the walls from 2 to 4. knowing my kids are rough. fun twist to tic tac toe
