Description

A fully 3D printable case for the Flipper Zero Wi-Fi module.

Recommended settings:

  • top with buttons → use liquid glue for better adhesion
  • 0.1 X-Y (horizontal) hole compensation (0.2 for -CF filaments)
  • 0.2 Layer Height (if LED holes is too opaque, use 0.1 for the first layer)

thanks for the feedback! depending on the type of filament, the holes for the pins might be too small. same for the single layer (.2mm) for the led, for -cf and matte filament I found that it works better with a .1mm height on the model, and first layer at .15mm.

I printed it again no luck .15 first layer , .1 for the rest. It's weird because the original pin protector at .2mm fit perfectly and the push buttons are move freely. I'm trying to learn Fusion 360 I may try to look at the model in there and check the sizes.

yeah the LED hole is tricky as it depends on your filament if the led light will be visible or not

the hole for the led light is closed, thats not But it's so bad that the housing is very difficult to put together and the pins do break

The led light hole is tricky, if your filament is too opaque it will never work. if The housing is difficult to print, open in it bambu studio and increase the "X - Y hole compensation", as it will depends on your filament.

it all depends on your filament, if you've set your flow rate correctly. please provide images of what's wrong

Design needs improvements as stated in other comments. Board figment in front & back housing is great however, the housing pins need to be adjusted. while inside led hole is great, it’s covered on the outside. Buttons could also use some adjustments. A great start to the design and some minor tweaks would get it a 5 star review.

Print came out fine, but the buttons are bit hard to press. Doesn't fit with flipper if using a silicon case on it.

Printer using ABS, needed a small drill to make the led light visible
