This is simple version of Ultimate light sword. For people who does not want to have all the CAT light things in there. Just an simple Saber design. This is first one of my series of saber desing.

This Saber takes around 4h35m to print on X1C, takes around 105g of filaments.

Material Suggestions:

I Highly suggest to use Glow in the dark filament or Translucent filament for the internal parts, and pick any color you like for the external shell.

For external parts, DO NOT USE SOME BRITTLE silk filaments, it will break very easily. Some silk filaments will have very poor layer adhesion due to high speed printing cause part failure.

Post Work:

You will need to remove brims on both internal and external parts. Brim was added on all the printing profile to ensure the printing success rate. Print without brim is not recommaned.

Installation:

After you clean all the brims. follow these steps show on the gif.

Design:

This is a simple version of the ultimate light sword. I made a few design change on both internal and external to improve overall printing quality and have a slight different look.

Printed very well on a A1 Mini. I duplicated the bottom part and merged them together to make a double-sided lightsaber only using Bambu Studio. Only the top round part that goes around where the blades are were extremely difficult to insert.

Project are great and look awesome. Fast print but had problems with model that can't slice "smooth" and causing brim on side.

hello, do you know if this would work scaled down? I'd like to print something like this for a kid, so I'd want it to be smaller, but i also like this more over your wands because you can swap broken inner pieces, which are gonna happen often if given to a kid

Fun design. My kid loves it. The first big segment tries to pop out though so maybe could ad a couple little tabs or make it thicker at the base to keep it from sliding out so easily. Printed on Bambu p1s
