Hi, the model has reached 350 downloads and so far no one has complained about the threads. Did you use the print profiles as they are in the model?

I wasn't complaining, just asking. I used the provided profile.

Printed great! Broke the threaded shaft screwing on the head, so be careful. Printed a spare fast tho :)

This is the way, the STLs are designed to be printed individually precisely for this possibility. Nice print.

be careful printing this is PETG, it could just be my filament, but I used the basic PETG settings and tolerances were off; therefore, the club won’t expand completely. also gets stuck a lot easier than the PLA version. I recommend printing this is a PLA+ for extra strength. or tinker with your PETG tolerances before printing.

really nice design but at the end of the day it snaps very easily, I tried to melt and glue the parts together and it’s not bad

We are talking about a 3D printed and collapsible golf club, certainly in PETG it will be more resistant than in PLA, the printing profiles are designed to have the right compromise between resistance and printing speed, resistance can be increased by decreasing the height of the layers, furthermore the project is designed so that if a part breaks it can be replaced by printing only the broken part, each piece is a single STL that can be downloaded and printed individually. Probably even between different brands of filament there can be differences in print resistance. I hope you can print the broken piece and continue to enjoy it.

Hi, I didn't quite understand what the problem is, how does the head come off if it's screwed on?
