Bosch Flexiclick Bit Holder Adapter

Complete remix of BT1's Flexiclick adapter for 12v Bosch drills (for both the brushed and brushless GSR12V 140FC and 300FC models). The Bit would fall out with the original design and there was very little keeping it secure. This is a complete redesign and I've included the 2019 SolidWorks and STEP files if anyone wants to update it. 

I HIGHLY recommend only printing with CF-nylon of any grade; I really don't think PLA or PETG would hold up well over time.

I really disliked the stock bit holder for one-hand bit swaps and instead swapped it out for a wera quick bit adapter (889/4/1 K Rapidaptor in this case). So much nicer to use now! It's a bit challenging to remove the stock one, but once you remove the circlip you can press it out with a socket. You'll then use the original circlip at the back of this adapter. The fit is very tight when pushing in the new wera adapter in order for it to securely stay in place; you may need to use a vice or tap it in. There is also a small M3x4mm setscrew hole for some extra insurance.
