Description

my attempt at another light box, the pictures are one that i made of some layer height difference but didn't look great this file is for no layer height difference in the lettering and star.

 

the setting for the face plate are “light box” setting and the filament is “light box” setting as well. i find this works the best but light boxes are difficult to print as is so trial and error. I made the light box face with a 10mm lid lip to try and not use glue as i don't like gluing.

 

for the back plate i would change the setting to default Bambu setting and the layer height on .28 for that. the back plate does not need detailed work and can be made on the basic settings. 

 

Make sure to place the hole for the lights where you want it in Bambu studio or where ever else you decide to print this. 

 

also print the colors from lightest to darkest

Loved the color, designs, and even the great fitting for closing the light box. Wish there was existing holes and instructions for making it into a working box.

I'm sorry, there is no hole placed so you have the option to make your own custom hole design in bambu studio. i will make sure to update the description on this for future reference.
