This project presents a fully 3D-printed tank boasting numerous moving functions and a modular design.
The model blends meticulous detailing with functional mechanics – ideal for RC or display purposes.

🔧 Overview of Features:

  • Suspension system with independently moving rollers per side
  • Rotating turret (360°) controlled by a servo motor
  • Elevating main gun (180°) via an additional servo
  • Rotating and traversing machine gun on the turret
  • Integrated mounts for servos and drive motors
  • Lid with magnetic closure – for quick access to electronics
  • Integrated space for battery and control boards
  • Scalable and adaptable for custom modifications or additional electronics
  • MR128ZZ precision ball bearings on all moving axles for exceptionally smooth movement

⚙️ Drive Train:

  • Powered by an N20 geared motor (400 RPM), directly connected via a shaft and gears
  • Modular gears allow for future adjustments to the gear ratio
  • The motor is securely fitted into a special mount and screwed on from above

💡 Note:

This project is aimed at experienced makers, model builders, or RC enthusiasts. All parts were tested on a conventional FDM printer (BambuLab A1).

The tank itself is quite heavy and the Cyberbrick kit, despite using an N20 motor, operates close to its limits, particularly concerning steering. Consider this model a foundation for later upgrades to more robust components. This is version 1, with future updates planned based on community feedback.

🔄 Future Expansions

  • A rotating and swiveling phone mount is planned to replace the turret – ideal for POV shots, FPV views, or video documentation.

This is my largest project to date, taking over 60 hours of design and modeling with Blender. The model is 100% free and will receive future updates. A like or boost would be greatly appreciated – helping me get closer to my goal of one day building an H2D :)
