Gridfinity bins

Organize everything!

Here are my Gridfinity bins - Nothing new, but never old. 

A variety of Full-grid (1x1) and Half-gird (0.5x0.5) bins

Dimensions:

The usual square of 41.50mm x 41.50mm

Height of bins from grid to top: 30mm

If you own a HELMER drawer, you've come to the perfect place:

My remix has a thinner color-band of just 3mm a different total height of 30mm to make it easier to stack them into my HELMER drawer.

It also includes 0.5 (half) grid bins

Some bins are places diagonally to increase adherence and have therefore their seam on back and a 90º infill direction to maintain accuracy.

For those of you who want to make Inlays: 

The inner fillet of my bins is 1.75mm & the inner dimension are a calculus of (37.5+42)

1x1 = 37.5mm, 
2x2 = 79.50mm (37.5+42), 
3x3 = 121.50mm (37.5+42+42) and so on..

When using the "Press Pull" function in Fusion 360 to create clearance, corners always have a slight mismatch (see “X” in picture) 0.14 instead of 0.10mm as for the sides. But as filament tends to pull outer fillets in - and inner fillets out, I noticed that this difference makes a perfect fit.
