Innovative 3D-Printed Padel Racket Made from PA6GF & TPU - Adjustable Hardness, Maximum Performance

 

Experience the next level of padel with our cutting-edge 3D-printed racket, crafted from a high-performance blend of PA6GF and TPU. This unique material combination offers the perfect balance of stability, flexibility, and personalized control.

 

1.) Remove the brim

2.) Sand the edges

3.) Glue the TPU to one half of the racket

4.) Glue both halves together

5.) Secure both halves with clamps

You can replace PA6GF for ABS or go for other higher materials like PA12CF

Adjust the hardness with the hardness of your TPU (85A, 90A…) or change the infill, wall coverings or top layers
