Description

This is a fully parametric vacuum adapter generator designed for 3D printing. Whether you're connecting different hose diameters or custom tools, this model allows you to generate adapters that perfectly match your setup. You can easily generate a vacuum adapter for tools of any brand: Makita, DeWalt, Milwaukee, Ryobi, Karcher, Stanley, Bosch, you name it!

 

Thanks to MakerWorld’s Customize feature, you can adjust all key dimensions directly in your browser, no need to modify design files or write any code. Just set the parameters you need and download your ready-to-print model.

 

Available Parameters:

  • wall_thickness – Thickness of the adapter walls. This affects the outer diameter of both ports.
    Formula:

    • Top outer diameter = top_inner_diam + (2 × wall_thickness)
    • Bottom outer diameter = bottom_inner_diam + (2 × wall_thickness)
      Example:
    • wall_thickness = 1.5 mm, top_inner_diam = 30 mm → Top outer diameter = 33 mm

     

  • top_inner_diam – Inner diameter of the top port
  • bottom_inner_diam – Inner diameter of the bottom port
  • top_part_len – Length of the top section
  • connector_length – Length of the connector between top and bottom sections
  • bottom_part_len – Length of the bottom section
