Tidelash
Print Profile(1)

Description
I wanted Tidelash to feel fluid and dignified—like a myth whispered by sailors and sketched by kids on beach towels. Inspired by serpentine dragons and sea creatures that move with rhythm, I envisioned a creature that balances softness with strength. The crest mimics a splash frozen in time, while the side frills recall coral fans and sea anemones caught in the current. Whiskers add just a touch of elegance, grounding its expression in gentle wisdom.
⚠️ Print Note: The whisker fronds are incredibly delicate—they add elegance but demand gentle handling. Be very careful when removing supports, especially if printing in brittle filament.
In Nomad Sculpt, I built it with printable flow as the guiding principle—thick coiled body, smooth underbelly, and ridged accents that catch light without demanding tight supports. The tail flourishes into a wave, and the frills are fused to prevent fragility. No accessories, no hollow elements—just pure shape play. Dual filament prints (aqua and pearl?) would shine, but even a matte monochrome build would feel iconic.
