UPDATE 02/15/24 - Added hex pattern trays. 

• Hex Tray x2 will take a little longer to print but uses around 50ish grams less filament (according to the slicer, based on 2 on the plate) 
• Hex Tray x3 also takes a little longer to print but uses around 70ish grams less filament (according to the slicer, based on 2 on the plate)
• Hex Tray x1 will only save around 10ish grams filament (still haven't found a use for this size)

ORIGINAL

During remodeling of our kitchen, we don't have a lot of counter space (yet) so I created this magnetic spice rack for the back of the oven. This was made for ovens that are 30" wide.

There are 3 sizes of trays

Tray x1 - the smallest (during size testing, I found this one to be smaller than intended, but someone might have a use for it.) You can fit up to 10 on this system.

Tray x2 - medium tray, twice as big as Tray x1. Can fit up to 5

Tray x3 - largest tray, 3 times as long as Tray x1. Can fit 3 on this system, but will have space left over on the sides (could add a Tray x1 for small stuff)

There are also a left and right cover which I found unnecessary, but someone might want them.

I chose to go with Tray x3 (2) and Tray x2 (2).

The bottom part has spots for 8 magnets each, and you will need 5 bottom pieces total (40 magnets for a 30" oven). The ones I used are

The bottom was printed with supports and in the orientation in the file. The angled part goes toward the front of the oven.

Assembly

Slide the trays together using the dovetail connectors, then slide onto the magnetic base using the dovetail channel on the bottom of the trays. The magnets that were ordered are fairly strong for being so little and with 8 on each, the bottom won't move unless you make it.
