Hello, you have to print it face down .
it seems that you're have issues with the first layer adhesion .
Clean your plate before printing and then when start printing choose also bed leveling

Also, make sure you have the same bed type as the profiule loaded.
The profile i uploaded has a textured pei buildplate and from what i can see in the pictures , it doesn't seem that you have one.
You have to change the setting to match the correct build plate because it affects the z height on the first layer.
After looking into the picture for a while , I think this is the main problem.

Using PLA on Cool Plate. I'll try to get better results.
