printed fine, but it. was extremely weak at the thinnest part and snapped as soon I put my nest in after mounting to wall.

You are first :). I can think of two possibilities. Installing google mini by sliding it in from the side, not from the top. I would try using a more flexible material like PETG. Also depends on the quality of the filament, I don't know what material you used for printing.
