Description

Double Universal Out-front Mount, for Garmin accessories.

Use m3 screw/nut to close the fixation

V2 : rework fillet on fixation to the bike

Printed in 0.2mm layer height, 20% filling with PLA+

Love this design. Just printed in PETG and went for a 35 mile road ride. Man it is floppy at 25% infill. Didn't break, but it did slip on the bars a bit because I was cautious to not over tighten it and break the hinge. Going to try it in Tough PC at 100% infill to see if it stiffens up a little.

Thanks for your comment For the issue of slipping on the bars, you can also add some grip betwin your print and the bar. For exemple old bicycle inner tube or tennis grip.

100% infill in Tough PC looks promising. No flex at all and I’m less nervous about tightening it sufficiently. will report after next ride!
