This is a conveyor belt for RC trucks. The belt width is 20mm.
Bill Of Materials (BOM):
1x 380mm 2020 aluminium extrusion
16x M3 T-nuts
9x 603ZZ bearing (3x9x5mm)
17x M3x8mm screws
5x M3x10mm screws
4x M3x25mm screws
1x M5x35mm screw
1x N20 geared motor
3x R-09 O-ring
Assembly:
Print all the parts, the belt with TPU.
Press fit the bearings into the 2 big and 2 small rollers on each end. (You might need to remove some failed bridging)
Add the 3 O Rings onto the motor roller
Press fit the bearing into the middle, motor housing, and prepare the screws and T-nuts as shown.
Add the motor and it's roller, secure them with a M3 screws.
Add the big rollers to each end piece.
Prepare the belt, place it over the motor rollers, and then add the small rollers.
Slide the middle and end sections over the 2020 extrusion and align the belt on the rollers.
Tighten the middle section and one of the end sections. Make sure the end rollers do not drag on the aluminium. Tighten the belt when screwing down the other end section.
Screw the base together with the M5 screw and add T-nuts.
Attach the base to the end part. Attach the end hopper with M3x10 screws.
Attach the side rails to the extrusion with T-nuts. Set the angle of the belt with the support on the base.
