✅ Description
Here is a fully 3D printable hair clip that combines rigidity and flexibility through the use of PLA and TPU 95A.
💡 The elasticity of the mechanism relies on the controlled deformation of a TPU spring, directly integrated into the design.
Result: an ultra-durable clip, resistant to wear, and with excellent clamping force 💪.
🧩 Assembly
The model includes:
• Two assembly axles
• The two rigid halves of the clip
• A spring to be printed in TPU 95A
