Grat model and I decided to finetune it. I have four boys, so I need to print it five times :) and it must be working well.

Remix:

• adjusted size of blade parts to work better
• created the lock/trigger mechanism
• adjusted blade tip size to sit on the blade
• created opened handle with plug - locked by piece of filament => possible to open and replace blade parts
• closed handle is strongened in the join of handle and original 'plug'

INSTRUCTIONS:
Each object is already prepared in the best position for printing.

Printing blade [1-5] (IMPORTANT!!!)

• Print very slowly with no stringing (adjust your retractions).
• Ensure there will be retraction for short movements (minimal retraction movement distance 0.5mm).
• Mix printing order => not to print neighbors each after other but in different order (this eliminates stringing connecting neighbors).
• For 0.4 nozzle: using Classic (not Arachne) perimeter generator + fill gaps => stronger print.

Handle + Plug

• Put pieces of filament into the holes to lock the plug in the handle.
• To open the plug use another piece of filament (or 1.5 mm allen key) to get these out.
• Glue some soft staff on the inner side of the plug - this eliminates the hits of blade when sliding in.

Lock/Trigger

• Use standard rubber band (doubled) to make it working!

Guard base

• Use your power to put [guard base] onto the [handle]. Tight but possible.
