TL;DR:
If you are printing with a low resolution, I recommend coating the entire model with the product "TAMIYA PUTTY BASIC TYPE" - it is a one-component paste, easy to use, after the paste dries, lightly sand it - it will fill unwanted holes from the print and also covers the visible layer height - I use this trick almost every time I print - quick and suitable for lazy people who don't want to sand :) .
If you are printing with a very fine detail, you can skip this step completely.
I personally painted the model with the basic set of colors from the CITADEL PAINTS brand.
To attach the side parts, I recommend using cut filament - it is flexible and I have tested it (photo). Alternatively, toothpicks can also be used.
If you want to freshen up the everyday tool of the master handyman with a little humor, the sign "Measure twice, cut once" shouldn't be missing.
Be creative :)
