Description

Check out V2 of my candy dispenser for a model that has improved in almost every way, and includes an assembly guide!

FULLY 3D PRINTABLE - I hope you enjoy printing and assembling the ultimate candy dispensing machine! I have had this idea for months, and I'm proud of the product I was able to come up with! My design features a  slot machine style “jackpot” arm that when rotated 90° dispenses 5-6 peanut M&Ms, then returns to home position automatically!

The current design was made to accommodate the 62 ounce container of peanut M&Ms (available at Costco: M&M's Milk Chocolate Candy, 62 oz Jar | Costco) -this threads directly on the top cap assembly, but this part can be easily modified to allow for mason jars and different types of candy.

Follow the photos for the graphical assembly instructions! The trickiest part is installing the spring as you will need to put it in tension (by design) in order to slot it in place - it only fits in one way!

For those without a Costco membership, I believe any 110mm threaded PET food container should work. I have these options on order to confirm:

64 oz. Clear PET Plastic Wide Mouth Jar, 110mm 110-400, 90 Grams

64 oz. Clear PET Plastic Square Pinch Grip Jar, 110mm 110-400

Pro Tips:

     * NO external hardware required! Mechanism is fully 3D printed.

*Center pin and lever rod both print in 2 pieces for added strength- they friction fit together using the pins (from cut tool in Bambu Studio). Glue is not required.

     * Supports required for top lid only

     * Not required, but I peeled off the M&M label on the 62 oz container and rotated it 180 degrees so that it would be right-side up when installed!

     * Super Glue recommended for attaching lettering when you print the version with separate letters.

     * Customize the Base however you like in Bambu Studio! Add letters directly to the model and use the AMS for a glue-free print!
