Define the holes in tinkercad/onshape with one layerheight distance from the bottom, then set a pause stop beforce the layer starts which would close the holes. Insert magnets, resume print.
Important: you have to pause the layer which would close the holes, because the pause command stops before the layer starts not after the layer is finished.

Sau gut aber klebt die Magnete besser ein,da Sie bei kalten auch mit 3M klebepads nicht halten zumindest die oberen 2.
