TiltSense Case

This design consists of two pieces: the main case and a lid secured with M2 screws. It’s designed to house an ESP32-S3 board with a 1.28” round display and touchscreen (GC9A01A + CST816S), and includes space for a small LiPo battery and a neodymium magnet for easy mounting.

🛠 Print Instructions:

• 🧲 Magnet Insertion:

  The model includes a cavity for a 20×3 mm neodymium magnet. Make sure your slicer includes a pause (e.g., M400 U1) at layer 17 when using the default 0.20 mm layer height, so you can insert the magnet mid-print.

• 🎨 Two-Color Logo Support:

  The case is designed to allow printing the Banana Brewery logo in a different color. Use the “Color Change” or “Object” features in your slicer to assign a separate material to the logo part.

• 🟫 Single-Color Option:

  If you prefer not to print the logo in a different color, simply assign it the same material as the rest of the case.

• 🚫 No Supports Needed:

  The model prints cleanly without supports.
