Description
As the spring bars/spring boards we tested proved too weak and quickly broke, it was time for our own design. This also works with stronger edge woods. The pressure bar is made of TPU and is both robust and soft enough to ensure safe workpiece guidance. Depending on the TPU filament and settings, the TPU part can be scaled up or down for a perfect fit. We used “AddNorth 95A Pro Matte” and it fit perfectly.
Depending on your saw, you will need to print a T-nut adapter with nut or insert M8, or you can find a suitable T-nut bar at Maker World
