Here is the holder I made using Inventor.
You should lie the part flat, so that no supports are needed. I did however use brim to adhere the part to the build plate.
I suggest using some infill for extra strength, which should not use too much extra material.
Just edit the X,Y and Z axis to suit your needs, if you look at the attached image;
X = How wide do you want the holder to be? Too thin will cause it to break easily.Y = How wide is the top part of your headphone? I think its usually 1 to 2 inches thick.Z = How thick is your desk? I am using a old door as a desk, so I think I used 1 inch.
I made the mistake of not exporting the file from inventor as MM. Thus, my file will show up rather small.
However, in this specific case, I doubt it will be any issue due to the fact that I expect the X, Y. Z dimensions you use are very different from mine.
All future exports will be saved as MM.
